1st step of our production process is to purchase high quality material to start standardized production.

Incoming inspection

Once the material reached in our factory, our gate keeper check the quantity of our ordered material material and then issue gate pass.

Storekeeping

After inspection the next step is to store our material with proper safety measures.

Pattern cutting

We have 2 pattern masters in our factory. They have more than 5 years experiences in their field.

Material cutting

We have laser cutting machine in our factory to avoid any kind of miss measurement.
